Key stages and timescales
While the exact process may vary depending on the service, the typical stages are:
- Initial enquiry / document review – I assess the documents and provide guidance (usually within 1–2 business days).
- Execution / certification – The notarial act is carried out in my office (often same day or by appointment within a few days).
- Delivery / return of documents – Documents are returned to the client or submitted to the relevant authority, typically within 1–2 business days depending on service complexity.
Where services involve third parties (e.g., Apostille or consular legalisation), the timescale may vary according to the relevant office’s processing times. I will provide an estimate of expected timescales before commencing work.
