- Initial enquiry / document review – Assessment of documents and guidance provided, typically within 1–2 business days.
- Execution / certification – Notarial acts carried out in my office (often same day or by appointment within a few days).
- Delivery / return of documents – Documents returned to the client or submitted to relevant authorities, usually within 1–2 business days depending on complexity.
Where services involve third parties (e.g., Apostille or consular legalisation), the timescale may vary according to the relevant office’s processing times. I will provide an estimate of expected timescales before commencing work.
